My Story
Chef Ari Rosenson began his culinary career cooking at the original Spago in West Hollywood at 16 years old and was part of the opening staff of Spago Beverly Hills, then moving on to open CUT, Puck’s award-winning steakhouse where he worked his way up to ultimately running the kitchen. Now, Rosenson is the Regional Culinary Director for the six Los Angeles restaurants of Wolfgang Puck as well as the CUT concepts which includes Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Singapore, London and the soon-to-open location in Dubai.
