My Story

Juliet Han is the Director of Coffee Operations for Espresso Republic in Chino, California.  She has been studying/brewing/slurping/roasting coffee for 10 years and is currently studying chemistry to learn more.  You can read her silly coffee science articles, “Talk to the Han” at www.Sprudge.com.
