My Story
Ernest Miller is a chef, historian, educator, consultant and speaker who teaches classes in museums, schools and kitchens throughout Southern California. He is the lead instructor for the Master Food Preservers of Los Angeles County and co-leader of Slow Food Los Angeles. He has been cooking farmers’ market fresh produce for nearly a decade and is the co-executive chef of the Larchmont Charter School in West Hollywood – producing farm-fresh from-scratch meals daily for 310 students from Kindergarten through 7th grade as part of Alice Waters’ Edible Schoolyard program.
