Alex Brown is an internationally renowned food geek.  As the General Manager for Gourmet Imports, he oversees the acquisition, care and sale of hundreds of cheeses and thousands of other provisions from obscure spices to aged hams.  Alex holds an Advanced Baccalaureate from Occidental College in Philosophy and has written two cookbooks with his BFF Evan George as Hot Knives.
